How I Work At the beginning of the work I establish with you an agreement that clearly stipulates confidentiality, expectations of all parties, wants and concerns and we negotiate anything that will get in the way of an effective working partnership. The strength of the work we do together relies on forming a strong, trusting, supportive, facilitative relationship with you, the organisation, the teams and individuals. I work holistically, integratively and in a collaborative manner. Together with the person or team I am working with, we assess the present situation and identify the future outcomes. We then explore and work with the systems of communication, levels of knowledge, competence and confidence, patterns of working and relating, working ethos, morale, motivation and conflicts, vision and values of the organisation, team, individual. What emerges is an action plan and a commitment to a way forward. I achieve this through designing, delivering and evaluating a package of training, coaching and counselling to meet the needs that have been identified. I do this by myself or with other members of my team depending on the organisation's needs and requirements. |
