Team work

Teams comprise of relationships between individuals and the resulting dynamics can be constructive and destructive. Working with teams creates an opportunity to strengthen effective ways of working and to address blocks to relating, creativity and performance. It can also be used to explore individual, team and organisation values and vision and to bring them more into alignment.

Through participating in experiential activites and team diagnostic assessments team members can observe the team dynamics in action. In subsequent group discussion team members gain insight into their own behavioural patterns, their ways of relating and the way the team functions as a whole. This identifies the individual's and the team's strengths and blocks and ways to move forward as a more connected, fully functioning team.

We work with :
- where the team is now, its resources and strengths
- the different roles and functions of each team member
- the vision for the team
- what are the team dynamics
- how to increase stability, cohesiveness & resourcefulness
- how to overcome obstacles and deal with conflict
