I can help you to bring about the changes you want in your life by: coaching, counselling, and mentoring
What are the differences? It can be confusing as they are similar. They are all designed to help you explore, discover, clarify ways of living that enable you to get more of what you want from life. However, coaching is more forward looking, more goal and achievement orientated whereas counselling is a deeper exploration of who you are which may include some exploration of your earlier life experiences. Counselling is more a process of evolving than accomplishing. Mentoring is more of a teaching process, where the mentor guides, instructs, advises the mentoree based on the mentors knowledge, experience and skills in the chosen area.
