Addiction

Is the way you are with food, alcohol, work, sex, relationships, internet use different to other peoples?
Are you increasingly feeling out of control of your behaviour, feelings, thinking around alcohol, food, drugs, work, sex, relationships, internet..... going from one extreme to the other compulsively?
Are you over or underachieving in work and obsessing about it?
Are you obsessing about a relationship/person/argument you can't let go of?
Do you spend a lot of time in fantasy about the future?
Do you experience a lot of regret, anger, bitterness about your past?
Do you not want to see people or tell them what's really going on in your life?
Do you constantly fail to meet your expectations of yourself and give yourself a hard time?
Are the consequences of your behaviour seriously affecting your life?

I offer coaching, counselling, mentoring to help you:
- face the situation you are in and regain control
- make constructive choices around food, alcohol, drugs, work, sex, relationships and internet use
- create more positive relationships
- be more forgiving and accepting of yourself and other people's behaviour
- start to experience a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life

I also work with friends and family members who are affected by someone else's obsessive or addictive behaviour.

I cofounded an organisation that uses coaching to work with addiction see www.recoverycoachinguk.com for more details.
