We need other people to help us see what we can not see, do what we can not do and be what we can be!

I have over 10 years’ experience of working in the field of training, coaching, counselling and addiction recovery. My speciality lies in working with relationship dynamics, how they play out in teams, staff and management interactions as well as peoples personal lives and the impact destructive dynamics have on people’s health and well being.

I am also a coaching supervisor and work with other coaches through training, presentations and supervision to enable them to be more effective in their coaching practices.

I co-founded Recovery Coaching UK, an organisation that uses coaching to work with addiction. I am an associate with Eluminas a coaching and development company that works to transform relationships in business. I am a consultant with The Awareness Centre and Grove Practice and we offer a range of treatment approaches for people caught in addiction and self destructive behaviour. I am part of the learning and development team at the Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust which involves training and coaching individuals and teams in the prison environment.

I run accredited and non accredited training around coaching, counselling, supervising, management and leadership, relationships, conflict management, working with groups and team dynamics, working with addiction and self destructive behaviour, self care, burnout prevention and stress management.

I am a kiwi who since arriving here in 1989 have worked in finance and banking, research, advertising, education and the voluntary sector. Ten years ago I left corporate life and retrained. Since then I have achieved a Diploma in Coaching Supervision, Accredited Coach with Association for Coaching (CTI trained), Masters in Education, PG Dip Psychosynthesis Counselling, PG Dip Community Education, PG Cert Person Centred and Psychodynamic Counselling, Certificate in Transpersonal Psychology, Working with families with Substance Abuse and Organisations and Relationships Systems Coaching.

I am a member of: The Association for Coaching UK, The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, The Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals.
